Loans are credits given to individuals when they are in need of money for various purposes. The loans are usually given by individuals or financial institutions. The most important part of a loan is the security for which loan is given. The security usually has a value that will cross the value of the loan amount given by the lender. This money will be given for a certain period of time. The interest will be calculated for the amount given and the time for which loan is given.
The legal regulations governing the loan will be based on the policies set by the government on that country. These regulations are to be followed by the lender and the borrower. They usually arrive at an agreement that the loan will be paid back in the time period mentioned and if failed, action can be taken against the borrower.
There are different types of loans. Commercial loans are given to individuals who want to improve their business. Such commercial loans will be used for enhancing business including the establishment of building for business purposes.
