Internet getting new shape with each passing day with new web sites coming in cyber space. Due to the importance and effectiveness of Web sites, web site designing and development is still in demand. In fact new trends are adding to web sites designing and development. At present mere html web sites are not fulfilling the requirements and most of the web sites need web development work along with web site designing, Weather it’s a simple inquiry form, detailed ecommerce application or complex financial tool, almost every web site has some sort of application work.

So it is important to have some under standing of technical aspect of web site designing and web application development. Here we want to discuss few things about the process flow of Web application development

The following is the process flows for development of any Project in any web development organization.
•Firstly, the Manager will read the document and develop some basic understanding.
•Now, the updated document is forwarded to developer to create use cases for the entire system and also write the understanding of the system.
•The developer will forward the use cases and description to the Manager.
•The Manager will perform the following tasks and hand it over to the developer:
Database Structure:
The Manager will create the complete database structure (diagram) and relationship between the tables of the system. The database diagram will automatically map the class diagrams.
Finalized Use Cases:
The Manager will also finalize the use cases and its description.
Work Breakdown Structure (WBS):
The Manager will create the complete WBS of the system. The WBS of the system is finalized with the collaboration of the developer.
Architecture and System Flow:
The Manager is also responsible to create and design the architecture and flow of the system.
•After getting all of the above requirements from the Manager, the developer is responsible to create the complete class diagrams of the system and submit it to the Manager again.
•The Manager will check the class diagram and will be giving a “Go” signal to the developer to start the implementation/coding of the system.
•The design of the system will be provided to the developer prior coding the system.
