When using square rugs or round rugs for décor purposes, look at the shape and layout of your room to see what style will work the best. Try to use rectangular or square rug carpets under your couches and coffee tables and round rugs or oval rugs look great to accent a corner of any room.
If you decide to go for a braided rug, you can be sure you are getting durability and quality. Braided rugs are made with fabric, which is cut into long strips. Wool is most commonly used for this process. The strips are folded with the raw edges into the middle. Three or more strips are then braided together forming a beautiful and strong rug. Oval rugs are also made using this process, with one edge being longer than the other and adjusted as you go around.
