How to Treat Blackheads
A blackhead is caused by excess oil that has clogged a pore. This clog occurs when the built-up oil is unable to flow to the surface of the skin due to a misshapen or impaired pore and dead skin cells blocking the way. When the pore is open, the oil is exposed to oxygen, which reacts and turns it a dark color, resulting in a black head.
If you're going to get rid of blackheads you're going to stop scrubbing your face with harsh abrasives. Irritating your skin with harsh chemicals and special skin scrubbing cloths actually causes more acne problems because your skin reacts to these chemicals by trying to repair the damage you've done, clogging your pores with puss and naturally occurring oils.
To avoid continued failure of a give medication, assess whether you wait too long to take your before treating your headache. Delay in treating your migraine can make it more difficult for your headache to respond to the medication. For many patients, there is a “window of opportunity” during a migraine where there is an increased chance that the headache will respond to treatment. This window of opportunity occurs within the first two hours following onset of headache pain. This is also recommended for the common cold cure.

Natural healing products (produced from essential oils and applied to the forehead, neck and temples as well as the soles of the feet) are becoming popular for treating migraine headaches.
Sunshine or ultra-violet light encourages skin peeling, and so helps to clear blocked pores. For this reason, sunbathing or use of sun-beds in moderation can be helpful. (Please note that continuous peeling has been linked to skin cancer.
Try to avoid eating any junk food, although it's never been proven that certain foods will cause acne and blackheads certain foods will increase the probability that you will get acne and blackheads. There is no hard and fast rule about what you should eat but it if you stay away from the junk food and eat a healthy diet you'll be less prone to blackheads.
The best way to get rid of blackheads is to remove the cause of them — excessive sebum (oil) and dead skin cells. Use only products made with natural ingredients that are not too astringent. Harsh products can strip the skin of oil, causing it to produce more sebum which leads to more blocked pores. Don't be afraid of using cleansing products containing natural oils, such as jojoba or coconut oil to cleanse the skin. These oils are close to our natural oils, so they don't block the pores.
